Pop superstar Lady Gaga has been confirmed to perform on the finale of American Idol, according to reports. The 24-year-old will appear on the US talent competition's final show in May, rumorfix.com have reported.
According to Perez Hilton, Lady Gaga is set to perform on the American Idol Finale.
But LadyGaga Promotions tweets her performance date as May 19. The finale is the 19th? Seems a little early, doesn’t it? Update: May sweeps ends on May 25. The finale has to air early this year if it’s to end on a Thursday.
This is reportedly the furthest in advance that ‘American Idol’ has booked a performer. No word on what Lady Gaga might be performing for the big night, but if it’s true, she’ll have plenty of time to decide.
