Rihanna has revealed that she locked herself away in an airport restroom when her photos were leaked online.
The S and M hitmaker had just landed in Hawaii in 2009 and was checking her cellphone for messages when friends and aides alerted her to the scandal surrounding the graphic shots of herself in various states of undress.
“I could barely stand. I went to the first bathroom I saw and just sat in the stall with the door open,” the Daily Star quoted the singer as telling Rolling Stone magazine.
“People kept coming in and staring at me sitting on the toilet bowl. I was mortified. I didn’t even want to leave the airport,” she said.
However, she insisted that scandal and others that have followed haven’t stopped her sending saucy snaps of herself naked to lovers but her men have become a lot more guarded.
“I haven’t gotten a d**k picture in a long time. I think people are a little afraid. It can turn out bad,” she told the magazine.
