Kate Middleton: 200 topless and 'intimate' photos taken of royal

Kate Middleton’s topless pictures will appear in an Italian Magazine Monday with new unpublished pictures of the royal. This magazine reveals it has over 200 topless photos of Kate and they plan to do an elaborate 26-page photo spread with 50 of the pictures. The editor of Chi Magazine, Alfonso Signorini, claims that even a call from the Queen herself would not stop him from publishing these pictures, according to a new report on Sunday from Mail Online.

The editor of Closer Magazine stated that she had many more “intimate” pictures of Kate and William that she didn’t publish. She alluded to the level of intimacy being too private to publish. TMZ referred to the unpublished pictures as “sex pics” and reported that even though the editor, Laurence Pieau, never said they were “sex pictures,” she alluded to this with her description of what the pictures contain.

The threats of lawsuits mean nothing to the big media outlets because they will make far more money from publishing Kate’s topless photos than they would have to payout from a lawsuit, according to E News. William wants the photographer, who originally took these intimate pictures of him and Kate, under arrest.

Now that Kate and William have learned that there are at least 200 pictures of the two while they thought they were sharing private moments, this has to add to their anger and maybe even evoke a bit of fear. This couple is getting ready to start a family and knowing that pictures "too intimate" to publish exist, they'll always have that worry that they will surface someday. Will these pictures pop up in a month or two, a year from now or even decades later?
