Melanie Brown, former 'Spice Girl' better known as Mel B, has been sued for nearly USD 2 million by a man who claims that he received a beating at the hands of her and husband Stephen Belafonte.
Amado Aguirre claims in a lawsuit he was just doing his job last December as a real estate appraiser, taking pictures of a home he was hired to appraise, when Mel B, Belafonte and a guy named Amin Zahedi approached him thinking he is a papparazzo.
Aguirre claims the trio intimidated and physically injured him, breaking his hand and causing neck and back injury, reported TMZ. Aguirre wants USD 350,000 in general damages, USD 35,000 in medical expenses, USD 100,000 for loss of future earnings, and USD 1 million in punitives.
