Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai, the two have always tried to avoid each other since they are not on any speaking terms anymore and don’t want to feel awkward and embarrassed by any confrontation.
However, the two have often come too close for comfort on quite a few occasions, especially, during events and award ceremonies. And at the recently held 17th Annual Star Screen Awards, the two bumped into each other again. However, a direct confrontation was avoided by Aishwarya Rai who instantly backed off after spotting her ex flame.
It so transpired that Aish, who was to perform on stage, went backstage preferring to seek some repose at a nearby lounge. Aishwarya, on the way, met Vidya Balan and exchanged pleasantries. However, the moment she stepped into the lounge, she was seen scampering out.
The reason, as you must have guessed, was the presence of Salman inside. While Salman seemed pretty cool about the incident, Aishwarya’s quick thinking averted an embarrassing situation.
Aish spent the rest of the time standing outside the lounge till her performance was announced. Apparently, it looks as if Salman no longer holds any grudge and has moved on from the past but Aishwarya is still conscious of a possible crossing of paths.
