George Clooney will not be marrying his beautiful Italian girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis. George and Elisabetta, 32, have been dating since 2009. Methinks if it sticks and she wants marriage, Georgie will eventually give in.
In a Friday interview on Piers Morgan Tonight, Clooney, 49, together with his father Nick, 77, a former TV host and anchorman. Dad said he would love to see George tying the knot with his gorgeous girlfriend.
But it isn’t look like it’s going to happen anytime soon. This was George’s reaction: “I hate to blow your whole news story, but I was married, so I gave it a shot.”
Indeed Clooney being one of Tinseltown’s most eligible bachelors has said and made bets with his movie star friends that he’d never get married again. Clooney was married to Talia Balsam, 51, from 1989 to 1993. She plays Natalie Portman’s mother in “No Strings Attached” which just came out this weekend.
This isn’t the first time he said he won’t marry again. He said that about a year ago when questioned whether he and Canalis would tie the knot.
