Apparently when Kim Kardashian said the ‘Teen Mom’ stars were not girls to look up to, she pissed them off just a little bit.
Amber Portwood responded to the claims that the show has increased teen pregnancy with her own statistic: “There’s actually a study that shows since the original ‘16 and Pregnant’ aired, the number of teen pregnancies have gone down,” reports E! News.
She also then brings up the fact that Kim made a sex tape when she was younger and has no place to talk. Also, Portwood points out that the show tries to show how difficult being a teen mom is, not that it is glamorous.
Second season star Jenelle Evans kept her response simple: “I want to say, s–t happens.”
