Manoj Bajpayee Got Beaten Up Trying To Protect A Girl In Delhi!

Manoj Bajpayee might have played a lusty gangster named Sardar Khan in Anurag Kashyap's Gangs Of Wasseypur, but in real life, the Satya star is quite the hero, it seems.
 
In a recent interview, while talking about the issue of safety of women and his Delhi days, Bajpayee revealed that once, he got beaten up while trying to protect a girl, who was being molested on a bus in Delhi! He added that unless there is a strong law, which would send a strong message to a potential rapist, this problem would not be solved.

Bajpayee was last seen playing the role of a CBI officer named Wasim Khan in Neeraj Pandey's heist drama Special 26, which also starred Akshay Kumar, Jimmy Sheirgill and Anupam Kher.
