Vivek Oberoi To Share Stage With Blind Musicians




Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi is known to be a man with a kind heart, who is involved with several charity works and social services. The actor is now going to perform with some blind artists of the orchestra band ‘Black’ in Leicester, England.

The visually impaired musicians of the band will be accompanied by this Bollywood actor, who has acted in the films like Company, Saathiya, Shootout At Lokhandwala, Omkara and Kurbaan etc. The concert will take place at the De Montfort Hall in Leicester.

In a statement, Vivek Oberoi was quoted saying that he is also excited to see everyone from England at this wonderful event. Leicester-based promoter Jayesh Kotak has organized this event, which will take place from September 24 to September 26.

Apart from being an actor, Vivek is known as a social activist, who is involved with various charities in Mumbai and Chennai. He is also serving as the anti-tobacco spokesperson for the World Health Organization. The actor also won the ‘Good Samaritan Award’ from Rotary International for his services with ‘Project Hope’ to offer relief to the victims of the 2004 Indian Ocean ‘Tsunami’.
