After Lindsay Lohan`s recent jail stint, its time for the troubled star`s father Michael to go behind the bars it seems as an arrest warrant has been issued for him.
A judge in New York has issued the warrant on Thursday stemming from a legal case with a Montana woman who alleges Michael Lohan fathered her child, reported TMZ.
Kristi Kaufmann sued Michael in 2008 and won an uncontested judgment because Michael never opposed the baby claim.
The 50-year-old says he was unaware of the warrant and believes it is because he was a day late making his second child support payment to Kaufmann. Michael insists that once he makes the installment the warrant will be withdrawn.
