After a troubled year for Cyrus, she may finally be getting a piece of good news. Her alleged 21-year-old hacker Joshua Holly, who boasted about breaking into Miley Cyrus' Gmail account and posting racy photographs of the teenage star has been arrested in Tennessee on fraud charges.
Josh Holly was arrested in Nashville, Tenn. last Thursday after FBI agents seized his computer and found several unauthorized credit card numbers. Holly is allegedly the same hacker that hacked into Miley’s myspace and released several scandalous photos that he acquired from her e-mail.
He was arrested on Thursday and was released following his initial appearance in court Monday, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Hilliard Hester.
