Cristiano Ronaldo’s gorgeous Russian supermodel girlfriend, Shayk is the covergirl of the highly anticipated Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2011 edition. Shayk is no strange to the famed swimsuit magazine as she has posed five times for the publication although this is her first cover.
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit latest edition will officially hit stands Tuesday but the magazine made an early announcement of its chosen cover girl on Monday.
While the official unveiling already took place on The Late Show With David Letterman, revealing the sexy cover featuring a sun-kissed Irina in her barely there pink and yellow bikini.
“There were 10 models there to do the Top 10 List, and nobody knows until the last minute who the cover will be,” Irina said. “And then I saw it, and I couldn’t believe it.”
“I do work out five times a week, but I’m never dieting,” Shayk said. “I try to be healthy because to be happy and healthy on the inside shows on the outside.”
