Madhuri Dixit and Malaika Arora Khan could be next in the line to face trouble over shady financial dealings after Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.
Madhuri Dixit, Malaika Arora Khan and Mika's name have been mentioned in the diary entries of Chitresh Srivastav. Popular Punjabi singer Mika Singh - brother of Daler Mehandi- also figures in the diary as one of the recipients.
As per reports, late Tuesday, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) has found mention of their names in a diary recovered from Chitresh Shrivastava’s office. One of the diaries recovered mentions a payment of Rs 30 lakh each to Madhuri and Malaika.
The DRI has forwarded its findings to the Income Tax department, which will now check whether the A-listers have paid tax on the money received from Chitresh’s company
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan was detained along with Maroof (manager of the singer) after foreign exchange worth Rs 60 lakh was recovered from them at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport last Sunday.
