Jessica Simpson has hired celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson to get her into shape and is working out 75 minutes, 4 days a week to slim down before her wedding to ex-football player Eric Johnson.
Jessica, whose weight has fluctuated dramatically over the years, is now doing an exercise routine that includes dance, aerobics and strength training.
She wants to look healthy. She`s seeing results. She really loves it. She thinks it`s so much fun," said a source.
Simpson, 30, is also trying out a vegan diet because her fiance Eric is a longtime vegan. The couple celebrated Thanksgiving this year by cooking a tofurkey, a vegetarian "turkey" made of tofu.
Tracy has previously worked with Madonna and Nicole Richie and is responsible for Gwyneth Paltrow`s amazing post-children body.
