Ranbir Kapoor seems to have left his past behind and is in no mood to open a closed chapter. The actor has reportedly turned down a film which has his ex-ladylove Deepika Paduokne playing the female lead.
Director Ayaan Mukerji of the ‘Wake Up Sid’ fame was keen to cast the Kapoor lad opposite Deepika Paduokne in his upcoming untitled flick. But Ranbir Kapoor bluntly refused only to avoid animosity at work.
And Ranbir Kapoor has all the reasons to refuse a film with Deepika after the lady went candid and bold about her break-up with him on Karan Johar’s talk show. Since then Ranbir Kapoor and the dimpled lass have been sharing unpleasant vibes between them.
However, filmmaker Ayaan has said that the lead lady for the film has not been decided as yet. And it is too early to comment on the star cast. But he is certainly keen to have Ranbir Kapoor in his film.
