Disappointed Hrithik Roshan with wife Suzanne Roshan returned to home after attending the 56th Idea Filmfare Awards.
Hrithik was expecting the Best Actor award for his stellar performance in Guzaarish. To add to their disappointment, Ranbir Kapoor and Imraan Khan made mimicry of an act from Guzaarish, where Imraan dressed as Hrithik and Ranbir as Aishwarya.
A close source let out the truth to an eager media, on grounds of anonymity stating, "The Roshans walked out of the awards before the ceremony ended. Shah Rukh Khan won the 'Best Actor' (Popular) award for 'My Name Is Khan' and Rishi Kapoor won the 'Best Actor' (Critic's Choice) Award for 'Do Dooni Char.' Duggu found out early that he wasn't going to win any award and so decided to walk out of the event."
A disappointed Suzanne tweeted “Just came back from Filmfare. Sometimes in life we get what we don’t deserve…makes it difficult to understand what’s the logic in all this.”
